Im giving wengs kitchen 5 stars because they definitely hit a lot of key points for any restaurant. They had an EXTENSIVE menu ,(now that I live like 3 min away I'll definitely be coming back) , great customer service, and the pricing was beyond reasonable for the portions you receive. I wish the egg drop soup was a little more seasoned, but that's just personal preference. The egg rolls were amazing!!! Crunchy, and they weren't oily like most places. Will definitely return, and you guys keep up the amazing work. Hope I can dine in some day
When Weng's Kitchen moved into Farmington, we were glad to have a great resource for Chinese Food - but we still didn't know just how great their food was. Now years later, after many meals from Weng's, we are regular clientele and often pick-up dinner-to-go there when contributing a dish at a family get together or pot-luck. The ingredients used are fresh and the flavors complete each other well. The chef here is a true and exceptional expert.
Being a transplant to Minnesota, it's been difficult to find Chinese food similar to what you can experience on the East and West coasts. Egg rolls and natural spices are some of the biggest differences. Amigos, this is not your typical Minnesota Chinese restaurant with flavorless food. Weng's makes, in my opinion, the BEST egg rolls in Minnesota. Full of flavor and ingredients that crunch when you eat them. No soggy cabbage or sprouts.

Since I moved to a more rural area, I've been really missing Chinese food (I had a lot more options nearby where I used to live). So I was really excited to try Weng's and I'm so happy to say it was perfect and really satisfied the craving! Really good Egg Rolls, the menu has a wide selection of food options, we're already excited to order more food again. Great spice level. My husband's the one who ordered and picked up, he said the staff was really nice. Pleasant experience overall.

Now I'm not a food snob by any means. However, when I have Weng's Pork Fried Rice it raises my spirits. Not health food but it tastes amazing. Keep up the good work!
